("Skillcast", the "Group", or the "Company")

 

AGM statement

 

Skillcast Group plc, the provider of content and technology for digital
compliance transformation, announces that at the Company's Annual General
Meeting ("AGM"), being held today at 1pm at the Company's registered office at
80 Leadenhall Street, London, EC3A 3DH, Richard Amos, Chairman, will provide
the following update:

 

"We are pleased to report continuing growth in our revenues and client base
and continue to trade in line with expectations. Both subscription revenues
from our SaaS* products, which make up the majority of revenues, and ARR**
continue to grow on the prior year.

 

"Skillcast operates in the non-discretionary end of the corporate compliance
and e-learning market and we remain confident that we are well placed to
weather any future macro-economic challenges as we continue to help companies
build ethical, inclusive and resilient workplaces. We look forward to
providing a trading update on our half year performance in July 2022."

 

The notice of AGM contains a resolution to approve the proposed final dividend
of 0.279p per share, details of which were announced in the Company's final
results announcement on 10 May 2022. The ex-dividend date for this payment is
30 June 2022, the record date is 1 July 2022 and the expected payment date is
on or around 21 July 2022.

 

The Group will release a trading update for the six months ending 30 June 2022
in mid-July.

 

* Software as a Service

** ARR (Annualised Recurring Revenue) is calculated by annualising revenue
recognised in a given month from all client subscriptions on annual contracts.
