Notice of results and investor presentation

 

Skillcast (AIM:SKL), the provider of SaaS compliance software and
off-the-shelf e-learning, announces that the Company's results for the year
ended 31 December 2024 (the "2024 Results") will be released on 30 April 2025.

 

Vivek Dodd (CEO) and Richard Steele (CFO) will provide a live presentation
relating to the 2024 Results via Investor Meet Company on 06 May 2025 at 14:00
BST.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 05
May 2025, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
