    ** Names Gary Ferrera CFO, effective May 10  
    ** Reaffirms fiscal 2023 forecast for rev of about $2.35 bln
and for adj. EPS of $1.21
    ** Ferrera was most recently CFO of Skillsoft Corp  SKIL.N  
    ** Including sessions gains, stock up 4.5% YTD
