reported in 2022 
    ** Forecasts FY 2024 GAAP revenue in the range of $555 mln
to $585 mln and bookings of $610 mln-$640 mln 
    ** Records Q4 rev of $140 mln, down 2% year-over-year on pro
forma, constant currency basis
    ** Four of five brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher,
one "hold"; their median PT is $4.00
    ** As of last close, stock was up 55.38% YTD
