$550 mln vs analysts' est of $579.72 mln - LSEG data
    ** Reports quarterly revenue of $137.5 mln, missing
analysts' expectations of $141.9 mln
    ** Co posts Q4 adj loss of $3.09/shr vs analysts' est of
loss of $3.27/shr 
    ** SKIL appoints Ronald Hovsepian as CEO effective April 16,
he is succeeding Jeffrey Tarr
    ** Up to last close, stock down ~48% YTD
