    ** Co posts Q1 loss of $0.27/shr vs loss of $0.15/shr,
reported a year earlier 
    ** Reports quarterly revenue of $135.6 mln, missing
analysts' expectations of $136.5 mln, as sales in instructor-led
training segment fell nearly 18% 
    ** Expects 2024 revenue between $555 mln-$585 mln vs
analysts' ests of $565.59 mln- Refinitiv 
    ** Four of five brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher,
one "hold"; their median PT is $3.05
    ** Including session move, SKIL has gained 28.46% YTD
