** Shares of skin treatment devices maker Beauty Health Co
 SKIN.O  jumps 13% to $9.53
    ** Co enters into an accelerated share repurchase agreement
to buy back $100 mln worth of co's common stock
    ** Markets also jumped after favorable U.S. inflation data
raised hopes of slower rate hikes from the Fed  .N 
    ** On Tuesday, the stock had slid after the co revised its
forecast
    ** Including session's gains, stock down 60.7% this year
