    ** Co says June-quarter consol profit and revenue from ops
nearly doubled 
    ** SKIP on track for third straight session of gains
    ** More than 2.9 mln shares change hands, over three times
the 30-day avg. 
    ** Stock up ~79% YTD; it jumped ~81% in 2023, its best year
since 2017
