** The construction and engineering firm reported a 90% Y/Y jump in Q4 consol profit after market on Wednesday while rev from ops rose 11.6% Y/Y

** India financial markets were closed on Thursday

** Revenue from its biggest business, engineering products, rose ~34%

** Stock is witnessing its most active trading session since Dec 5 with more than 3.6 mln shares changing hands, 8.7x its 30-day avg

** Stock last up 3.6%, cutting YTD loss to 12.5%
