17.4% to NZ$2.900, posting their biggest intraday gain since Dec
7, 2021
** The media co says it is in early discussions with a
third-party buyer over a recent non-binding indicative takeover
offer that it has received
** Co says it has also continued the recent pause in its
NZ$15 mln ($8.88 million) share buyback
** Shares hit their highest level since April 5, 2022
** SKT stock up 7.4% YTD as of last close
