to $18.03 after co reports a pre-tax Q4 loss
** Q4 pre-tax loss 93 cents/shr vs yr-ago profit of 9
cents/shr
** SKYW revenue for Q4 falls ~12% to $681.25 mln
** Brokerage Evercore ISI, however, raises PT to $24 from
$20; maintains "in-line" rating
** Cites easing capital expenditure expectations and
improving pilot attrition
** YTD the stock is down ~9%
