SKYCITY TO FILE NZICC LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST FLETCHERS

CLAIM SEEKS DAMAGES FOR LOSSES INCURRED BY SKYCITY ARISING FROM ONGOING DELAYS IN COMPLETION OF PROJECT

CLAIMS THAT IT IS ENTITLED UNDER CONTRACT TO LIQUIDATED DAMAGES OF OVER NZ$330 MILLION FROM FLETCHERS

HAS ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE THESE CLAIMS BY AGREEMENT WITH FLETCHERS BUT HAS BEEN UNABLE TO DO SO.
