New Zealand's Fletcher Building gains on convention centre project progress

** Shares of Fletcher Building  FBU.NZ  rise 3.8% to
NZ$2.9700
    ** Construction services provider confirms SkyCity's  SKC.N 
statement that it intends to open the New Zealand International
Convention Centre (NZICC) in February 2026
    ** Co confirms that it expects to hand over the project to
SkyCity in June 2025
    ** Fletcher Building has built NZICC in partnership with
casino operator SkyCity 
    ** SkyCity shares rise as much as 1.5% to NZ$1.4202, their
highest level since January 30
    ** Fletcher Building up 3.5% YTD, including current
session's moves
