NZ's Skycity hits 2-week high after favourable verdict on Auckland deal
** Shares of New Zealand's Skycity Entertainment SKC.NZ
rise as much as 2.8% to NZ$1.850, their highest since Nov. 15
** The tourism and entertainment firm says high court ruled
in favour of co against MPF Parking NZ relating to Auckland car
park concession agreement between the parties
** SkyCity had filed proceedings in the High Court of New
Zealand in April seeking relief from payment obligation after
termination of concession agreement
** As of the previous close, the stock had fallen 24.05% so
far this year
