BUZZ-India's Skyways Air Services debuts at discount to IPO price ** Shares of Skyways Air Services SKYA.NS trade at 131.9 rupees in their trading debut, 4.4% below the IPO price of 138 rupees
** Co had set an IPO price band of 131-138 rupees per share
** Air freight services provider's 5.83 billion rupee ($61.44 million) IPO comprises fresh issue of shares worth up to 3.99 bln rupees and offer for sale of shares worth upto 1.84 bln rupees
** IPO proceeds to be used to repay borrowings, fund working capital
($1 = 94.8850 Indian rupees)
