** Shares of Liberty Energy LBRT.N rises ~3% to $25.96 premarket
** Co signs deal with SLB SLB.N to provide modular parts and power for data centers
** SLB would design and supply modular, prefabricated components for data center projects, while Liberty will provide natural gas-fired power generation
** Liberty plans to deploy about 3 gigawatts of power projects by 2029, while, SLB expects deliveries for data center projects to exceed 2 gigawatts by the end of this year
** SLB up 1% at $47.88 
** As of last close, LBRT up 36.67% YTD
