    THE GLOBE AND MAIL
    
    **  Canada's Teck Resources  TECKb.TO  reinforced its
rejection of an unsolicited $22.5 billion bid from Glencore
 GLEN.L  saying the implied value was "an illusion" and telling
shareholders its restructuring plan was the only viable option.
    
    ** Tilray Brands Inc  TLRY.O  said it would buy Canadian
cannabis company Hexo Corp  HEXO.TO  for $56 million, which
would cement the pot producer's top position in Canada in terms
of market share.

    ** Sleep Country Canada Holdings Inc.  ZZZ.TO  announced
Monday it will acquire Casper Sleep Inc.'s Canadian operations. 
       
    NATIONAL POST
    
    ** The British Columbia Liberal Party (BC Liberals) of
Canada will officially become known as BC United on Wednesday, a
move the party says gives voters 18 months to become familiar
