 * Says sparta entered into the placing agreement with the placing agent 
 * Agreement to purchase up to 90mln placing shares at placing price of hk$0.49 per placing share 
 * Deson construction international-does not expect reduction of shareholding  interest of sparta in co will have any material adverse effect on operations  of group 
 * Says sparta's direct shareholding in co is expected to be reduced to 26.6  million shares
