Director / PDMR Shareholding

Summerway Capital plc (AIM: SWC) announces that Alexander Anton, who is
proposed to be the Non-Executive Chairman on admission of the enlarged share
capital of Summerway Capital Plc, today purchased 10,000 shares in the capital
of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 115 pence per Ordinary Share.

His resultant shareholding in Summerway Capital Plc is 1,110,000 equating to
13.8 per cent. of the current issued share capital. This excludes 628,707
Ordinary Shares which will be held by AFS Advisors LLP on admission of the
enlarged share capital of Summerway Capital Plc, as a result of Alexander
Anton having an indirect one third interest in AFS Advisors LLP.

Mr Anton is a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR).
