** Shares of Smartpay Holdings  SPY.NZ  rise 1.8% to
NZ$1.395
    ** The payments solutions provider posts54% jump in total
consol qtrly revenue to NZ$21.2 mln ($12.99 mln)
    ** Says Q4 total transaction value up 64% YoY
    ** Says average revenue per transacting terminal returned to
pre-seasonal levels as expected through qtr
    ** Qtrly total transaction value for Australia increased 64%
YoY
    ** Says transacting terminals at end of March at over
15,700, up 62% YoY
    ** SPY stock up 31.7% YTD, as of last close
