Blackstone BX.N and Vista Equity Partners in an all-cash
transaction valued at about $8.4 billion.
- The U.S. Justice Department announced changes to the

program when it comes under investigation for bribery, fraud or
other criminal offenses.
- Grain terminal workers on Canada's west coast walked off
the job, threatening exports of canola and other crops during
