Smartsheet rises after FY24 forecast raise

** Shares of cloud-based software firm Smartsheet  SMAR.N 
rise 1.3% to $45.45, after co raises FY24 outlook
    ** Co lifts FY24 revenue forecast in the range of $955-$957
mln, from previous forecast range of $950-953 mln 
    ** Co sees adj. EPS in the range of 68-69 cents per share,
up from 53-57 cents per share earlier 
    ** Q3 results also beat Wall-Street estimates 
    ** Co's Q3 billings rose 22% YoY to $268.5 mln 
    ** As many as six brokerages raise PT on stock following
results 
    ** Stock up 13.8% YTD
