("SmartSpace" or the "Company" or the "Group")

 

Change of Auditor and Trading Update

 

SmartSpace Software Plc, (AIM:SMRT) the leading provider of 'Integrated Space
Management Software' for smart buildings and commercial spaces - 'visitor
reception, desks and meeting rooms',   announces that, following the
conclusion of a tender process,  it has appointed Cooper Parry Group Limited
("Cooper Parry") as the auditor of the Company for the financial year ending
31 January 2023.

 

Cooper Parry's appointment as auditor to the Company will be proposed to
shareholders at the Company's next Annual General Meeting to be held in July
2023.

 

RSM UK LLP has ceased to be the Company's auditor and has confirmed to the
Company that there are no matters connected with its ceasing to hold office
that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the
Company for the purposes of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.

 

The Company is due to complete the financial year at the end of January, but
can confirm that trading continues to be in line with market expectations. A
more detailed trading update will be issued in February.
