SmartSpace Software Plc, the leading provider of 'Integrated Space Management Software' for smart buildings,   was notified that its Chief Financial Officer, Bruce Morrison, has today purchased 27,356 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 95 pence per Share.
Following this purchase, Bruce Morrison has an interest in 27,356 Shares, representing approximately 0.097% of the issued share capital of the Company.
