Grant of EMI Share Options
 
 
SmartSpace Software Plc (formerly RedstoneConnect plc) announces that on 31 July 2018 it granted EMI options ("Options") over a total of 466,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to 58 employees ("Employee Options"). 100,000 of these Options have been granted to two employees who are also persons discharging managerial responsibilities (the "PDMRs Options").
 
The Employee Options have an exercise price of 101.25p per share (being the closing mid-market share price on 30 July 2018, the latest possible date prior to the date of grant), vest three years from the date of grant and once vested are exercisable at any time up to ten years after the date of grant, subject to performance conditions ensuring the employees remains in continuous employment within the Group for a three year period.
 
The PDMR Options have an exercise price of 101.25p per share (being the closing mid-market share price on 30 July 2018, the latest possible date prior to the date of grant) and are subject to performance conditions whereby the average mid-market closing share price of the Company's Ordinary Shares in any 90 day period in the period to 30 July 2021 is at or above certain defined levels, as follows:
