Notice of Annual General Meeting

SmartSpace Software Plc, (AIM:SMRT) the leading provider of 'Integrated Space
Management Software' for smart buildings and commercial spaces - 'visitor
reception, desks and meeting rooms', is pleased to announce that the Company's
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Tuesday 18 July 2023 at 9.00
a.m. (BST) at the offices of Canaccord Genuity, 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V
7QR.

 

The Notice of AGM setting out details of the resolutions together with the
Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2023 will
shortly be available to view and download on the Company's website:
