PDMR dealings

SmartSpace Software Plc, (AIM:SMRT) the leading provider of 'Integrated Space
Management Software' for smart buildings and commercial spaces was notified
that its Chief Financial Officer, Kristian Shaw, has today purchased 33,453
ordinary shares of 10p in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 44.8 pence per
Share.

Following the purchase, Kristian Shaw has an interest in 89,253 Shares,
representing approximately 0.31% of the issued share capital of the Company.
