Disposal of investment in Getvisibility for €1.8 million

 

Smarttech247 (AIM: S247), a multi-award-winning provider of AI-enhanced
cybersecurity services providing automated managed detection and response for
a portfolio of international clients, is pleased to announce that further to
its recent announcement on 10 March 2025, the sale of Visibility Blockchain
Limited ("Getvisibility") to Forcepoint, a global leader in data and cloud
security, has now been completed and it can confirm that it has received
€1.8 million in cash from the sale.
