April 25 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1200 GMT on Tuesday:
** Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) owner Endeavor Group
Holdings EDR.N said on Tuesday it will sell its
sports-training boarding school IMG Academy to private equity
firm EQT's Asian unit in an all-cash deal valued at $1.25

** French money manager Primonial said that it is weighing a
piecemeal sale of its distribution and property investment
operations, after a deal to find a buyer fell apart last year.

** Bondholders in French fashion group SMCP SMCP.PA , the
owner of labels such as Sandro and Maje, are expecting
first-round, non-binding bids for their 37% stake in the company
by mid-May, said two people with knowledge of the transaction.
