Sept 19 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

SOCIETE GENERALE SOGN.PA :
The French bank's shares closed down 12.4% after it said
said it expected little if any growth in annual sales over the
coming years.
THALES TCFP.PA
The Japanese power technology company Hitachi 6501.T has
offered to sell assets in France and Germany in a bid to address
EU antitrust concerns about its proposed buy of Thales'
TCFP.PA GTS railway signalling business.
VINCI SGEF.PA :
The infrastructure company said its airport traffic reached
96.4% Of 2019 levels in August compared to a year earlier.
ADP ADP.PA :
The French airport group said its August group traffic rose
13.6% year-on-year, to 34.0 million passengers.

The French fashion group cut its 2023 annual guidance and
now sees a mid-single digit growth of sales.
