In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 R the Company announces that Roland Diggelmann, Chief Executive Officer, will be appointed as Non-Executive Director of Sonova Holding AG with effect from Sonova's AGM on 15 June 2021. Sonova shares are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (XSWX: SOON).
