Board change

Smith+Nephew (LSE: SN, NYSE: SNN), the global medical technology business,
announces that following completion of his nine-year tenure, Erik Engstrom
stepped down from the Board on 31 December 2023.

The Board would like to thank Erik for his commitment and contribution to the
