Timing of Smith+Nephew third quarter 2022 trading update

Smith+Nephew (LSE: SN, NYSE: SNN), the global medical technology company, will
announce its third quarter 2022 trading update for the period ended ended 1
October 2022 on Thursday, 3 November 2022 at 7.00am GMT / 3.00am EDT. This
will be followed by a conference call for financial analysts at 8.30am GMT /
4.30am EDT, details of which will be published on the Smith+Nephew website at
