ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025

 

Further to the release of the Smiths Group plc (the 'Company') Full Year
Results for the financial year ended 31 July 2025 on 23 September 2025, the
Company confirms that the following documents have today been made available
to shareholders:

 

1.   Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 July 2025 ('Annual Report
FY2025');

2.   Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 ('Notice of AGM 2025'); and

3.   Annual General Meeting 2025 Proxy Form.
