Annual Results
On Wednesday 23 September 2015 the Company plans to release its annual results for the financial year ended 31 July 2015. The statement will contain the recommendation of the Board of Directors for a final dividend on the ordinary shares for the same period.
The announcement will include key, regulated information that the Company is required to publish in unedited full text under DTR 6.3.5(2)(b) and may be viewed online at the Company's website, www.smiths.com, after its release. The material contained in the announcement will not constitute the Company's annual financial statement, required under the Companies Act 2006, and will not be a substitute for reading the Annual Report 2015, which will be published on or around 15 October 2015 and will be available to view and download from www.smiths.com.
The results announcement will be followed by a presentation for financial analysts at 9.00a.m. (UK time) on 23 September 2015. This will be broadcast live via webcast on www.smiths.com. A recording of the webcast will be available on the website from around 1:00p.m.

Final Dividend
Subject to approval at the 2015 Annual General Meeting, the 2015 final dividend will be paid on 20 November 2015 to ordinary shareholders registered at the close of business on 23 October 2015. The 'ex-dividend' date will be 22 October 2015.
Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of Smiths Group plc for 2015 will be held at 10:30a.m. on Tuesday 17 November 2015 at the Northcliffe House Auditorium of the law firm, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, 26-28 Tudor Street, London EC4Y 0BQ. The Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be published on or around 15 October 2015 and will be available to view and download from www.smiths.com.
