TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SHARES

 

Smiths Group plc ("Smiths Group") announces today that it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 37.5 pence each on the London Stock
Exchange from HSBC Bank plc ("HSBC"). Such purchase was effected pursuant to
instructions issued by Smiths Group on 25 March 2025, as announced on 25 March
2025.
