TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SHARES

 

Smiths Group plc ("Smiths Group") announces today that it has purchased
1,039,408 of its ordinary shares of 37.5 pence each on the London Stock
Exchange from HSBC Bank plc ("HSBC"). The purchases below were effected
pursuant to instructions issued and announced by Smiths Group on 26 November
2025.
