May 21 (Reuters) - British engineering group Smiths Group SMIN.L on Thursday forecast annual revenue to grow at a slower pace that previously anticipated, hurt by the war in the Middle East after it took a 10 million-pound ($13.43 million) charge from the conflict in the third quarter.
