India's SML Isuzu hits over 6-yr high on Q1 profit surge

** Shares of SML Isuzu  SMLI.NS  up as much as 13.9% to
1,247 rupees, their highest since July 7, 2017
    ** Indian automaker posts June qtr profit of 317.9 mln
rupees ($3.8 mln) from 23.4 mln rupees yr ago 
    ** Rev from ops up ~23% YoY for the qtr 
    ** SMLI on track to rise for second straight session, if
gains hold 
    ** Over 414,000 shares change hands by 01:14 p.m. IST, 12.0x
the 30-day moving avg 
    ** As of last close, stock up ~62% so far this year
