Smoove plc (AIM: SMV), the customer focused technology and services business
aiming to revolutionise home moving and ownership, confirms that the Annual
Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 together with a notice
convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") were posted to
shareholders on Friday 2 September 2022. The AGM is to be held at The Old
Grammar School, Church Road, Thame, Oxfordshire OX9 3AJ at 14.00 on 27
September 2022.
