Smoove plc (AIM: SMV), the customer focused technology and services business
aiming to revolutionise home moving and ownership, confirms that the Annual
Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023 together with a notice
convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") were posted to
shareholders on Wednesday 19 July 2023. The AGM is to be held at Masters
Court, Church Road, Thame, OX9 3FA at 11.00 on 22 August 2023.
