Transaction in own Shares

Smurfit Kappa announces the purchase on Euronext Dublin, through J&E Davy,
of the Company's ordinary shares of €0.001 each ('Shares') as detailed
below. This purchase relates to Smurfit Kappa's announcement on 7 December
2022 of its share buy-back transaction.

 Date of purchase:              12 December 2022
 Number of Shares purchased:    172,000
 Highest price paid per Share:  €35.30
 Lowest price paid per Share:   €34.92
 Average price paid per Share:  €34.9843

 

Following the above repurchase, the Shares will be cancelled.
