TikTok settles with minor plaintiff ahead of second individual trial over social media harm to children, law firm says CHICAGO, June 30 (Reuters) - TikTok has settled a lawsuit brought by a minor who claimed the platform damaged his mental health, a spokesperson for a law firm representing the plaintiff said Tuesday.
