** Shares of software company UiPath PATH.N rise 14.6% to $14.40 after co announces collaborations with Nvidia NVDA.O and OpenAI

** Stock rose as much as about 21% earlier in session

** PATH teams with NVDA to enhance enterprise automation by integrating fraud detection and healthcare management

** Partnership uses PATH's agentic automation services and NVDA's Nemotron Models - a type of AI brain designed to help computers understand and generate human-like content

** PATH also collaborates with OpenAI to build a ChatGPT connector to integrate OpenAI frontier models into enterprise workflows

** Including session's move, PATH stock up about nearly 18% YTD
