** Shares in EPC Groupe EEPC.PA fall 7.1% after the French
explosives manufacturer said it faces an investigation by the
country's competition authority
** The group was subject to an unannounced visit and seizure
by the French competition authority, EPC says in a press release
** The shares are on track for their worst day since
November 2022 if losses hold
