Nov 22 (Reuters) - Socam Development Ltd :  
    * Offshore lender has agreed to grant offshore loan facility 
of HK$270 million to offshore borrower 
    * Offshore borrower (unit of co ) entered into offshore 
facility agreement with offshore lender 
    * Onshore borrower (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of 
company) entered into onshore facility agreement with onshore 
lender 
    * Onshore lender has agreed to grant onshore loan facility 
of RMB50 million to onshore borrower 
    * Loan facilities serve to refinance existing bank loans of 
group granted in relation to shenyang project phase i 
    * Offshore lender is Industrial and Commercial Bank Of China 
(Asia); onshore lender is Chinese Mercantile Bank
