Changes in the 2025 Financial Calendar                   14
April 2025

In accordance with the provisions of Law 24/2017 in force, Electrica announces
changes in the 2025 Financial Calendar, as follows:

1)   Release of interim report - First quarter (Q1) of 2025 (January-March)
on 27 May 2025 (Tuesday), instead of 15 May 2025.

2)   The Investor and analyst teleconference for First quarter (Q1) of 2025
financial results presentation will take place on 29 May 2025 (Thursday),
instead of 19 May 2025.

3)   Release of interim report - Third quarter (Q3) of 2025
(January-September) on 28 November 2025 (Friday), instead of 14 November 2025.

4)   The Investor and analyst teleconference for Third quarter (Q3) of 2025
financial results presentation will take place on 2 December 2025 (Tuesday),
instead of 18 November 2025.
