Electrica's 2024 Annual Report

 

Electrica informs the investors as well that the 2024 Annual Report, prepared
in compliance with the requirements of art. 65 of Law no. 24/2017 is
available, in Romanian and English, on Electrica's website, at
www.electrica.ro (http://www.electrica.ro) , in the "Investors > Results
and Reports > Annual Reports" section:

It contains, in accordance with the provisions of Law 24/2017 and
Regulation 5/2018:

·    2024 Director's Report, which also includes the Sustainability
Reporting prepared in accordance with the requirements of Directive (EU)
2022/2464 on Corporate Sustainability Reporting ("CSRD") and delegated act no.
5303/2023 on the European Sustainability Reporting Standards ("ESRS") which
complement the CSRD Directive transposed into national legislation by Order of
the Ministry of Public Finance No. 85/2024 for the regulation of aspects
related to sustainability reporting ("OMFP 85/2024") ;

·    2024 Separate Financial Statements, accompanied by the independent
auditor's report on the separate financial statements 2024;

·    Consolidated financial statements 2024 prepared in accordance with
OMFP 2844/2016, accompanied by the independent auditor's report on the
consolidated financial statements 2024 prepared in accordance with OMFP
2844/2016;

·    Consolidated financial statements 2024 prepared in accordance with
IFRS-EU, accompanied by the independent auditor's report on the consolidated
financial statements 2024 prepared in accordance with IFRS-EU;

·    Statements of the Management;
