On 29 October 2024, Electrica's Board of Directors elected Mr. Mihai Diaconu
as Chair of the Board of Directors for the period starting 29 October 2024
until 31 January 2025.

For the Strategy and Corporate Governance committee, the Board of Directors
decided the following structure:

·    Mr. Mihai Diaconu - Member

·    Mr. Dragos Valentin Neacsu - Member

Also, the BoD Committees will operate in the current composition until 31
January 2025.
