Electrica informs its shareholders and investors that, during the meeting held
on 26 February 2026, the Company's Board of Directors (BoD) decided to revoke
Mr. Stefan Alexandru Frangulea from the position of Chief Financial Officer
(CFO) without cause, starting with 26 February 2026, this being the last day
when the mandate contract takes effect.

Electrica would like to thank Mr. Frangulea for his activity within the Group
and wishes him success in future projects.
